Troubleshooting
Fix App Issues

If the LoadMe Driver app is not working as expected, please check the most common issues below. Follow the steps one by one. If the problem is not solved, contact your dispatcher.

  • Allow Location all the time (not only “while using”).
  • Turn off Battery Saver / Power Saving mode.
  • Check if you have additional “Optimization” apps that might stop the application from working.
  • Check your phone brand on DontKillMyApp for additional instructions.
  • Make sure Notifications are allowed in phone settings.
  • Enable Sound or Vibration, otherwise you may miss the alert.
  • Turn ON Location (GPS).
  • Use High Accuracy mode if available.
  • Make sure you are outdoors, GPS may fail inside buildings.
  • Internet connection required (WiFi or mobile data).
  • Double-check username and password from operator.
  • If login still fails, contact operator.
  • Check internet connection.
  • Try again with stable network.

Some phones are very strict and stop apps in the background. If this happens, tracking and notifications may not work.

Huawei

  1. Go to Settings > Battery > App launch.
  2. Find “LoadMe Driver” and turn OFF “Manage automatically”.
  3. Allow Auto-launch, Secondary launch, Run in background.

Xiaomi / Redmi

  1. Go to Settings > Battery & performance > App battery saver.
  2. Find “LoadMe Driver” and set it to No restrictions.
  3. Also go to Settings > Apps > Permissions > Autostart and enable for “LoadMe Driver”.

Extra tip: Check DontKillMyApp – Xiaomi or DontKillMyApp – Huawei for screenshots and updated instructions.

There are cases when the “Location” is disabled and circumvents the onboarding checks.

Please check:
Settings > Apps > Loadme driver app> Battery and there select an option other than “Optimized,” something such as “Unrestricted”.
